Ok so i have a question, now it may seem stupid to some so bear with me a minute...
I am 32 weeks pregnant now, i had my first 2 children at 33 and 34 weeks, and that was in Dothan AL, i am currently living in murfreesboro TN. Now with my first 2 kids the Docs and whomever went by a 36 week gestation period (with the begining of the 8 month a ok time to give birth because the lungs were supposed to develope all the way in the end of the 7th month), which meant my kids were only 2-3 weeks early, now with my third pregnancy i have noticed the gestation period is 40 weeks and that if i have my kid around the same time as the first 2 that she will be 6-7 weeks early (and now hearing that the lungs don't develope until the end of the 8th month)
Leaving my question... when the hell did the gestation time period change? or was it just some fluke that AL went by?

yeah i feel as though i get treated differently while on medicade then when i don't have it.
no i haven't had a sonogram since my 5th month and they won't do one again unless they think something may be wrong with the baby.

well with your babies haveing a history of being large 4 to 6 weeks early,i would think that would call for one! if they are to big it could cause injury to you and or the baby in delivery! wow, that stinks girl.

OK i have another question... Do your Doctors measure your stomach at every Appt?
I know with my first 2 pregnancies they did at every Appt, but this doctor hasn't even done it once.
And i was told thats also how they keep track of how far along you are and if that is true than i am 38 weeks...IDK i just know thats how they did it with my first 2 and was curious if anyone else has had that done as well...
You know from your pelvic bone to the top of your sack

Mine did with my first and second but now I have a midwife and she seems to do things differently, but I am not worried about it.
